FurryPALS In Home Pet Care lets you to choose what goes on in your pets day while you're away. I want to give your pet customized care that will ensure they feel happy and safe every step of the way prioritizing stress free happy memories for your furry pal. Everyone needs something familiar and our pets are no different. FurryPALS allows you to leave your pet in the comfort of their own home while they don't have their favorite person around.

What Is Fear Free?
All of FurryPALS services are done the Fear Free way. This means your pets will have a positive experience with things like nail trims instead of ending up stressed in panicking. Fear Free was first developed my Dr. Marty Becker, also known as "America's Veterinarian" who believes that pets shouldn't have to be afraid of the vet or groomer. When to use FurryPALS or a pet sitter rather then a day care or boarding facility?
When your pet is more comfortable and happy being left home alone than at a strange place without you
When your dog isn't a big fan of other dogs or other dogs stress them out
It's a common misconception that your dog need's to be regularly socialized through a doggy daycare or dog park. The truth is these places can be overwhelming for a lot of pups so it may be better to socialize your dog through a calmer playdate with only one dog at a time. Not every dog wants to be around a bunch of other dogs, much like you might not want to get thrown into a group a strangers and expected to get along with all of them. If your dog just loves going to daycare then you should definitely keep sending them. Make sure your pup likes being around a bunch of other dogs before sending them to a daycare or boarding facility.
Booking with FurryPals
Look through the other pages of the site to find all the services we offer. Services can be found for dogs and cats as well as smaller pets such as hamsters, guinea pigs, ferrets, rabbits, mice and rats.
Contacted us through call, text (250 977 5365) or by email (furrypals.home@gmail.com) Make it clear which parts of your pets routine should stay consistent so that we can try our best to keep these as close to the usual time possible for your pet.
It's best to try and book at least seven days ahead of time so that there's a place for everything in your pets routine.
If this is your first time booking with us we will set up an in home meet and greet to establish the best care for your pet together.
Conditions For Booking
Currently services are only offered for the city of Cranbrook BC. If you are located outside of city limits this will result in a greater fee than usual
Appointments can be booked for any time between 8 am and 9pm. Appointments outside of those hours may be discussed but may result in a greater fee.
Pets with aggression issues will need to be addressed before or during the meet and greet and may be turned down for certain or all services.
For any additional work or customized pet plans there will be additional fees, which will be determined on the amount or tasks, to be added to final invoice.
cancelation fees will be 50% of the overall price if you cancel with in 48 hours of the service.
Payment will come before the service and in the event that a service is interrupted and does not happen you will be refunded for that specific service.
Vaccinations are still recommended even though your pet wont be in direct contact with other pets there is still second hand contact with the other pets I work with.
